We believe in natural connections. Trees, animals, oceans & winds are all linked and know a way to communicate between themselves. In fact, you know it, too. It’s the phlogiston, the mystery of energy and nature combined.
We celebrate the Mallorcan soil, its power and its unique and honest flavor. We look at the ancient tree and we see the opportunity to bring its remains back to life, making meaningful and positive creations. Like an alchemical dialogue between nature and us.
We listened and found a way to connect you to the island.
2A olive leaf infusions & powders
Heavenly power. Cure-it-all-remedy. These are a few attribute the ancient Egyptians applied to the power contained in the leaf of an olive tree.
We at 2A breathe new life into the remains of the olive tree by hand-harvesting the green cut during pruning season at the organic olive grove Son Moragues on Mallorca’s West Coast. We love the harvest among the old & wise trees as much as we love re-interpreting the up-cycled leaves into a deliciously healthy beverage.
Our 2A infusions and powders are artfully composed of purely organic ingredients, sourced , dehydrated and milled within the boundaries of the island.
The essential oils, distilled with love by alchemist Joan Canaves, are carefully and with deep respect sourced and handpicked by him from the wild and indigenous plants found along the Mallorcan coastline and in the majestic Tramuntana mountains.
Our 2A infusions are carefully wrapped in plastic free , 100% compostable bags .
2A INFUSIONS
Mar
This infusion is a delicious introductory blend for those new to the delicacy of bitter flavors. Our island kids love “Mar” prepared as a cold brew and served with a touch of honey and lime juice.
Ingredients. 60% olive leaf, lemon peel, spearmint, lemon verbena, essential oil of the see fennel .

Muntanya
A favorite amongst the Yogis. It grounds them with the gentle strenght and vibrancy of nature.
Ingredients: 70% olive leaf, orange blossom, mint, essential oil of the Mastic tree .

Cel
Cel is about centering. Both calming and uplifiting- a beautiful way to embrace the moment.
Ingredients: 80% olive leaf, lavender, lemon balm, essential oil of the Balearic St. Johns Wort.

Terra
For purists only. Full of the leaf’s phenols oleuropeina and hydroxytyrosol. Terra is highly medicinal - a true immune booster.
Ingredients: 100% olive leaf, essential oil of the pine tree.

How to style your 2A infusions
Hot
Pour one liter of hot spring water over 10grams of your 2A infusion. Let it steep for 10 to 15 minutes.
Our infusion is just as delicious brewed a second time.
COLD
add to one liter of cold water 15g. of 2A infusion and store in a sealed jar in the refrigerador for 14 hours. Drain. We love to play with the addition of citrus or a bit of honey. Give it a try!

1/3 MAR COLD BREW
1/3 GIN. Our personal favorite here is the Gin Eva “La Mallorquina”
1/3 Freshly squeezed lime Juice
Honey.
Ice.
Shake and serve in Martini Glass and savor the island…….

Olive Dust
A modern adaptation of an ancient Egyptian Powerfood
There are so many uses for this finely milled olive leaf! Delicious in smoothies for your daily immune system boost, or as our chefs and bakers have discovered, included the Olive Dust in your cooking arsenal to infuse your creations with a mysterious and captivating woody Mediterranean flavor.

OLIVE LATTE
The Mediterranean Answer to Japan’s Matcha Latte
An nurturing immune system supporting ritual - savor the fullness of this Mediterranean Powerfood by adding one teaspoon of Olive Latte to your favorite bowl and, while whisking gently, pour in your milk of choice. Need an uplift? Make it a Dirty one by adding a freshly pulled shot of espresso.
Ingredients: 50% Olive Dust, cacao, coconut sugar, cinnamon, chili, cardamon

So many ways to drink it…..
Our Muse, Isabelle, likes to drink our Olive Latte as part of her morning ritual. A moment of stillness, a moment which belongs to her alone, a moment of reflection & manifestation.
Add to your bowl one heaped spoon of Olive Latte and poor your favorite mylk over it. Relish.
Katta, photographer & island friend, loves to drink it as a”5pm-pick-me-up” in a smoothie, adding to a teaspoon of Olive Latte a date, almond milk and a handful of hazelnuts. Truly delicious & satisfying.
On harvest days we prepare a thermos with Olive Latte & coffee. It keeps us going for the whole day.
José , our branding manager, loves to add the Olive Dust to his daily smoothies. His favorite recipe is:
1 Teaspoon Olive Dust
200g Persimon Fruit
25g Vegan Vanilla Protein
250/300ml water.
And what if you use the Olive Dust as earthy touch to your dishes, We love a sprinkle of Dust on a oyster mushroom toast.
